Description: The Cedarwood tree is native to the atlas mountains of Morocco. For environmental reasons we do not supply oil from wild trees in Morocco as it is a protected species. Our oil comes from a plantation in the Ardeche region of southern France. The trees used are generally those that fall under high winds. This oil is a popular ingredient in cosmetics and is considered to have a masculine fragrance. It is a base note and blends well with many different oils but should be used in small quantities. Note - there are many different oils which may be referred to as Cedar. ours is from Cedrus atlantica, it is the oil with the most useful properties.
Directions: For use in a diffuser, as a bath or massage oil. To create a massage or bath oil dilute up to 10 drops essential oil to 10ml of carrier oil.
